In January 2025, Pastor Damon and Pastor Middiree Gibbs were appointed as the succeeding Senior and Co-Pastors of Grace & Mercy Family Ministries, continuing a legacy that began over 20 years ago. Under their leadership, Grace & Mercy has entered a new apostolic era of renewal, excellence, and expansion—building upon the solid foundation laid by its founders while advancing the Kingdom mandate to transform lives, families, and regions.

Carrying a strong apostolic anointing, Pastor Dame moves beyond traditional pastoral care into strategic Kingdom building. His ministry emphasizes equipping leaders, establishing divine order, and raising up a generation of believers who walk in authority and purpose. As a spiritual architect, he is passionate about seeing churches, leaders, and communities aligned with Heaven’s blueprint.

With more than 20 years of experience in leadership, training, and people development, Pastor Dame integrates his professional expertise in Equity and Belonging with his apostolic and pastoral call—cultivating environments where people are healed, empowered, and positioned to fulfill destiny.

Known for his prophetic insight, revelatory teaching, and practical wisdom, Pastor Dame ministers the Word with clarity and power, bridging generations and breaking down barriers that hinder growth. His message is centered on grace, identity, and transformation, calling the Body of Christ to maturity and purpose.

Co-Pastor Middiree Gibbs

Pastor Midd began preaching in June 2007 and was ordained in 2010, marking the beginning of a ministry defined by authenticity, compassion, and empowerment. She carries a strong prophetic anointing—flowing with discernment, intercession, and revelation that brings clarity, healing, and breakthrough to those she ministers to. Her prophetic ministry is marked by wisdom, accuracy, and grace, often confirming the hidden work of God in people’s lives and calling them to alignment with His purpose.

A certified life coach, entrepreneur, and visionary leader, Pastor Midd is passionate about helping others discover their God-given identity and equipping them to walk it out with confidence. Her professional background in technology, leadership, and digital innovation gives her a strategic edge in ministry, allowing her to bridge faith and practicality to build people and systems that reflect excellence and Kingdom order.
